Brief and structure

We built a service that imports supplier price lists, matches products, recalculates prices and prepares catalogs for online stores, marketplaces and partners. Imports, pricing, competitor monitoring, content and exports are combined in one workspace.
When a store works with many suppliers, each source arrives in a different format, with its own column names, currencies, markup rules, stock values and categories. Manual processing quickly becomes slow, expensive and error-prone.
PMATRIX automates the entire flow — from receiving a supplier price list to preparing an up-to-date product catalog for sales channels.
The system accepts price lists in different formats, normalizes the data and maps everything to a consistent structure. Each supplier can have individual import rules, column mappings and value-processing logic.
The team sees every source in one interface and can control exactly what was imported, updated or skipped.
A single product card can contain offers from several suppliers. The system compares purchase prices, availability and terms, giving managers a complete view without working through dozens of files.
Change history makes price dynamics transparent and helps the team quickly identify the reason behind any update.
Prices are calculated with configurable rules: fixed or percentage markup, purchase-price ranges, currency, category, brand or a specific supplier.
Rules can be combined and applied in bulk without editing products one by one.
PMATRIX lets the team manage titles, descriptions, attributes, categories and other product-card data. Dedicated tools help monitor competitor pricing and keep market offers current.
The resulting catalog is ready both technically and editorially for publication in the required channels.
Recurring scenarios run on schedule: file retrieval, import, matching, price recalculation, stock updates and export.
Each stage runs in a defined sequence, while the team sees the status and result of every operation.
The service validates data before applying changes and records errors separately. This reduces the risk of a malformed price list or an unusual value spike damaging the working catalog.
Logs and operation history make it easy to trace an issue back to its source.
PMATRIX replaces spreadsheets, manual checks and disconnected scripts with one manageable workflow. Managers update assortment, prices and stock faster, while the technical team gains a transparent, scalable platform.
The system supports large catalogs, many suppliers and multiple sales channels.
