Brief and structure
Define the audience, enquiry goals, sections and required content.
The Bidniazhka travel club portal combines trip listings, search, a calendar and detailed tour pages. Visitors can start with a destination, travel date or trip name. Thematic selections distinguish domestic trips, international routes, day trips and other formats.
Tour cards lead to trip pages where visitors explore the offer and the participation journey. The calendar provides an alternative date-based route. Reviews, contacts and club information complement the travel catalogue with practical and reference content.
A separate part of the project is a custom CRM/ERP for trips, customers, finances and internal processes. The public portal and operational system serve different purposes: presenting travel offers and organising the team’s work. This case gallery shows the customer-facing portal without publishing internal customer data.
