DELIN — Digital Engagement & Lead Intelligence Network — is a platform for agencies managing multiple clients, brands and communication channels. It connects relevant signal discovery, intent assessment, conversation preparation and control over subsequent actions. The public website explains this workflow through interactive demonstrations and leads visitors to a separate working application.
Messages arriving through different channels carry different meanings: one may simply mention a topic, while another explicitly requests a service. Teams need the original source, a reason for the assessment and a clear next step. DELIN organises this information around clients, brands, campaigns and conversations. Signals retain their evidence and context so an operator can review them before interacting.
Brand Brain stores the audience, offer, permitted claims, knowledge sources and escalation rules. Assessment and draft generation use a published version of that context. The architecture accommodates OpenAI, Claude and Gemini model providers, with model assignment for distinct use cases. Brand rules are therefore separated from the choice of a particular model.
The product distinguishes manual mode, Copilot and bounded Autopilot. Automated actions pass through policy, channel capability checks and required approvals. An operator can take over a conversation, while its history preserves the relationship between a trigger, model run, draft, policy decision and execution. Provider credentials and direct channel operations remain outside the AI layer. Social channel connections respect actual permissions and provider constraints rather than assuming that every service offers identical capabilities.
The web application and marketing website use Nuxt, Vue and TypeScript. The backend runs on Node.js and NestJS, with PostgreSQL as its primary data store. A modular monolith keeps explicit responsibility boundaries, while web, API, worker and marketing run as separate units. Temporal supports long-running workflows. Docker provides containerisation, and production configuration uses Kubernetes/K3s and Flux, with Nginx handling incoming web traffic.
The public website offers Ukrainian and English versions, a signal assessment demonstration, an operational workflow overview and explanations of capabilities and conversation control. The pricing section retrieves published offers, while registration and sign-in links open the application. Interactive examples help visitors understand the product before creating an account. The gallery shows these public demonstration interfaces; their sample scores are not customer performance results.
DELIN combines a multilingual product website, working application, integrations, contextual AI and workflow execution infrastructure. Its central principle is automation that remains reviewable and controlled by the team. We address comparable needs through business system and customer workspace development. Another specialised operational service is presented in the Service in UA case.
