Background

We had the opportunity, together with MarkOnlineStudio (who performed design and marketing work), to take part in the mega-cool project – the development of a handmade marketplace DePlace.
DePlace is an international marketplace that enables artisans from all over the world to sell their products in one place. This is a service that provides convenient and simple tools for selling and buying handmade.

Task

Layout provided cross-browser layouts for 3 screen sizes;
Implement the functionality of the user part (short version):
– full functionality of the online store
– personal account of the buyer / seller
– the ability to create your own store
– blog
– flexible filtration
– rating system
– issuing popular goods in the region
– geolocation
– multilingual
– multicurrency
– ticket system
– a chat system between sellers, buyers and administration
Implement admin panel functionality (short version):
– multilevel access to certain systems
– content management system
– automatic machine translation of all user information into all languages of the site + translator’s office for quality control of translations
– SEO module
– analytics and statistics module
– management system for assessing the quality of filling goods
– notification system
Integrate the marketplace with payment systems, delivery services;
Technical support of the project after launch;

Result

The project was completed in accordance with all requirements and wishes.

Our team gained additional experience in the development of high-load projects and a lot of positive emotions.
