Brief and structure
Define the audience, enquiry goals, sections and required content.
The Service in UA case presents a version of the service website with step-by-step repair selection. Visitors begin with a device type, such as iPhone, MacBook or iPad, and continue to a specific model. This places the available services in the context of the customer’s device.
The next steps lead to a repair service and its price. The final screen combines the service name, device image, enquiry information and a request button. Customers can see which device model the selected offer concerns before contacting the service team.
The header includes device categories, contacts, callback requests and a repair-status entry point. These distinguish a new enquiry from a returning customer’s visit. The gallery preserves the supplied screens of this project version; prices in the images belong to the capture date.
A typical process for a service website, company website or landing page. The scope follows the brief; the particular work for this project is described above.
